Shuttle Coordinator

Previous experience in the RV or Transporting industry are not required.

Job Description:

• Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate staff, assist drivers when able.
• Assign shuttle drivers to pick up ready RVs at manufacturers.
• Keep track of RVs that have been picked up and by whom.
• Create Shuttle Driver schedules.
• Update computer systems with RV information.
• Email manufactures when we are picking up RVs and when there is damage to a RV, as necessary.
• Update RV packs.
• All other duties as assigned by management

Benefits:

Compensation ranging from $20 to $22 per hour depending experience

Monday thru Friday

8:30 am - 5:00 pm (working later on last day of month)

4% match in 401K after one year

Nights and Weekends off

Paid Vacation after one year

Paid Holidays

Full onsite training of position
