Shuttle Driver

Welcome to the DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront! We are looking for a dependable, flexible, and guest-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our airline crew partnerships. The ideal applicant will have experience in hotel shuttle driving.

This is a full-time position which will include early morningevening shifts, weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $13.00 plus tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests, including airline crew members, to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner
• Deliver exceptional guest service and represent the hotel professionally at all times
• Promote the Hilton Honors program and assist with enrolling new members
• Maintain a clean, organized front entrance and ensure shuttle vehicles are spotless and guest-ready
• Stock, organize, and maintain the Made Market (grab-and-go area) with fresh, well-presented items
• Communicate clearly with front desk staff, management, and other departments
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and respond promptly to guest requests

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid driver's license and evidence of insurability
• Driving record that meets our current insurance carrier's guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful or high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism
• Conduct all work-related duties with a high level of integrity, maturity, and professionalism
