This full time on-site position is for a US based tech firm Bell Oceanic Communications, our allied company.
Core Expertise
- SIP Protocol Mastery – In-depth understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), RTP, and related VoIP signaling protocols.
- Number Routing & Call Flow Management – Experience configuring and managing DID number routing, call forwarding rules, least-cost routing (LCR), and failover mechanisms. VoIP Server Administration – Strong hands-on expertise with SIP servers such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, or FreePBX.
- Server-Side Management – Ability to deploy, configure, and maintain SIP/VoIP servers on Linux-based environments.
- SIP Trunking – Setup and management of SIP trunks, carrier interconnections, and termination/origination routes.
- NAT & Firewall Traversal – Understanding of SBCs (Session Border Controllers), NAT traversal, and firewall configurations for SIP stability.
Technical Skills
- Linux Server Administration – Strong command-line and system optimization skills. Database Integration – Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL for routing tables and billing integration.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Proficiency with SIP trace/debugging tools (Wireshark, sngrep, tcpdump).
- Security & Compliance – SIP server hardening, TLS/SRTP implementation, fraud detection, and call authentication.
- Load Balancing & High Availability – Knowledge of clustering, scaling, and redundancy in SIP environments.
Additional Knowledge (Preferred)
- VoIP Billing Systems – Integration with billing engines like ASTPP, FusionPBX, or custom solutions.
- API Development – REST/SOAP APIs for real-time call control and number provisioning.
- Cloud & Virtualization – Experience deploying SIP solutions on AWS, Azure, or private cloud (Docker, Kubernetes).
- QoS & Monitoring – Ensuring call quality (MOS score), jitter, latency management, and using monitoring platforms like Zabbix or Grafana.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to document call flows, routing policies, and server configurations.
- Team collaboration with developers, network engineers, and support teams.
- Client-focused approach with attention to uptime and call quality.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
