Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP and/or SIP technologies.
- Proficiency in Linux OS (Fedora based); experience with Dockers and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with solutions with omni-channel capabilities (Genesys experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
- Sound understanding of Networking concepts.
- Knowledge of databases like MSSQL and Oracle, including query building.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with prior experience in client support.
- Basic programming knowledge for troubleshooting purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tickets on the Ticket Portal and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Coordinate with relevant teams internally to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with client business and IT teams to understand and address issues and requirements.
- Implement RFCs and lead projects.
- Perform on-site visits for support and implementation as needed.
- Share knowledge within the team to foster collective growth.
