Support Engineer

Company Description

C Square (Pvt) Limited is a customer experience market leader, providing customer engagement solutions using conventional, traditional and digital channels integrated by AI and Genesys platform.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP and/or SIP technologies.
  • Proficiency in Linux OS (Fedora based); experience with Dockers and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with solutions with omni-channel capabilities (Genesys experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
  • Sound understanding of Networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of databases like MSSQL and Oracle, including query building.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with prior experience in client support.
  • Basic programming knowledge for troubleshooting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle tickets on the Ticket Portal and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams internally to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with client business and IT teams to understand and address issues and requirements.
  • Implement RFCs and lead projects.
  • Perform on-site visits for support and implementation as needed.
  • Share knowledge within the team to foster collective growth.
