Job Summary:

The Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and logistical support at the site. This role ensures smooth day-to-day site operations by managing documentation, coordinating communication between site and head office, and overseeing the company’s fleet to ensure efficient utilization, compliance, and cost control. The Site Administrator plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting management in achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations, administrative tasks, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of site documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support the Site Manager in coordination.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance, allocation, and compliance.
  • Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and performance for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all site operations and fleet activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular administrative, operational, and fleet reports.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience preferable in site administration, logistics, or fleet management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
