About Your Team

You will report to the Project Manager and be a pivotal member of the site team, managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities that support operations, logistics, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with production staff, suppliers, and office teams to keep workflows smooth and aligned with business needs.


Your Role

As a Site Administrator, you will oversee administrative coordination at the project site from documentation and communication to scheduling and operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and organizing all site documentation, records, and files
  • Preparing reports and updates for site operations and workforce activities
  • Coordinating internal and external communication between site, suppliers, and office
  • Supporting material tracking, deliveries, and inventory documentation
  • Arranging meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Managing office resources, supplies, and equipment at the site
  • Assisting with compliance, documentation, and general administrative duties
  • Supporting the PM’s scheduling and travel coordination


What We’re Looking For

Experience : 3-5+ years in a similar administrative role, preferably in construction environment

Knowledge : Site documentation management, reporting, workforce admin, operations, and internal communication

Expertise : Microsoft Office Suite, task tracking systems, basic data reporting, and organizational best practices

  • Qualification in administration or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
  • High attention to detail and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and handle fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in software and systems used for reporting and communication
