Working Hours Saturday to Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM
Friday Off Sunday Working

Key Responsibilities

Operational Finance and Support

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure timely payments and collections
• Oversee inventory levels to reduce costs and optimize stock availability
• Analyze and improve internal order cycle time for enhanced efficiency
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and strategic financial reports

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheet income statement and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
• Generate reports for internal management and external stakeholders

General Ledger Management

• Maintain accurate and up to date accounting records
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Ensure proper classification and coding of financial transactions

Internal Controls

• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Recommend and apply improvements to financial processes

Cash Management

• Ensure liquidity for operational needs through effective cash management
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor banking activities
• Streamline cash handling processes for maximum efficiency

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong background in bookkeeping accounts payable receivable and financial reporting
• Proven expertise in cash flow management and inventory control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
