Site Engineer

Job Title: Dubai Municipality Approved Site Engineer (G+4 License)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time, Immediate Joining

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Site Engineer with a valid G+4 license to join our team and oversee on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed as per DM regulations, approved drawings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and G+4 requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
• Monitor quality control, health & safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update project managers on progress.

Requirements:

• Must hold Dubai Municipality approval with a valid G+4 license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and DM regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Immediate availability is required.
