Site Engineer – Civil and Interior Fit-Out & Renovation/Villa G+1

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the execution of civil and fit-out works for villa projects from inception to completion.

Ensure that civil work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure smooth workflow and site progress.

Supervise daily site activities, maintain project schedule, and monitor labor and material usage.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Attend site meetings and report progress to the project manager or general manager.

Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and assist in resolving technical site issues.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Handle inspection requests and coordinate with consultants or client representatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil and civil finishing projects (preferably in residential sectors).

G+1 Civil license from DM must required

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and civil finishing works.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications.

Familiarity with project scheduling tools and MS Office/AutoCAD.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

UAE driving license.
