Site Engineer- Civil (FIT-OUt)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Site Engineer – Civil (Fit Out) to manage and execute civil and finishing works for interior projects. The candidate must have proven experience in fit-out works (minimum 2 years) and will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review civil/architectural drawings and specifications for fit-out projects.
• Supervise site works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and other finishing activities.
• Coordinate with MEP, design, and procurement teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Monitor progress, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain project schedules.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of works.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, snagging, and assist in final project handover.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of civil finishing works: partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, etc.
• Familiarity with fit-out project execution in UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
