Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

Kalandoor Group, a leading interior fit-out company in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee the execution of luxury interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring high-quality execution, maintaining project timelines, and serving as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects
• Monitor project progress, ensure timelines are met, and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Act as the main on-site point of contact for clients and consultants
• Maintain strong client communication and provide regular project updates
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Review and interpret CAD drawings, technical documents, and specifications
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks
• Ensure proper execution of materials, finishes, and design intent
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, site reports, logs, and documentation
• Track project budgets, resources, and material usage efficiently
• Identify risks, delays, and technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure smooth execution of luxury interior fit-out works from start to handover
• Support project delivery with strong technical and decision-making input

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience in interior fit-out / construction site supervision (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical documents
• Experience in managing fit-out site execution and subcontractors
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage client relationships professionally on-site
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
