Position Title: Site Foreman

Position Overview:

Loloah Alshaya General Trading & Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and responsible Site Foreman to supervise daily construction site activities and manage labor teams effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction procedures, manpower coordination, and site safety practices. The candidate must be capable of ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate labor teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently for daily operations.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to engineers and project management.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other disciplines to avoid delays and conflicts.
• Inspect work quality and ensure proper execution of tasks.
• Maintain site discipline, productivity, and cleanliness.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and reporting material shortages or delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or technical qualification in construction or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site execution, construction activities, and workforce supervision.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and layouts.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and site procedures.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) is preferred.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa preferred.

Interview Process:

All applicants will go through the following three-stage interview process:

• HR Round – Overview of the company, role, and initial background screening.
• Technical Round – Assessment of construction supervision knowledge and site coordination experience.
• Managerial Round – Final review of leadership ability, communication skills, and capability to handle site operations independently.

Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per month

Work Location: In person
