Site Incharge (Night Shift)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Incharge for building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing labor and subcontractors, and ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Monitor site progress and report daily activities to project management.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
• Monitor excavation, concrete, structural, blockwork, and finishing activities.
• Ensure housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.
• Assist in inspection activities with consultants and clients.
• Maintain site records, attendance, and work progress reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution and construction procedures.
• Experience in high-rise building projects preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site management practices.
