Site Incharge Project ( Sahil-e-Firdous)

Location

• Project Location: Hub Chowki – Arabian Sea Road, next to Khoj Resort, near Karachi
• Distance: Approximately 1 hour drive from Karachi depending on traffic.

Job Summary

The Site Incharge is responsible for supervising daily construction activities at the project site and ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, project timelines, and quality standards. The role includes coordination with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all site activities on a daily basis.
• Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Site Surveyor, and Supervisors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor labor performance and ensure proper manpower utilization at the site.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies at the construction site.
• Ensure availability of construction materials and coordinate with procurement if required.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports to head office.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to supervisors and workers.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained during construction work.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors working on the project site.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure work completion within deadlines.

Qualifications

• BE Civil / DAE Civil or relevant qualification.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in construction projects.
• Experience in residential / high-rise / real estate projects will be preferred.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management.
• Ability to manage labor staff, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Understanding of construction drawings and BOQ.
• Knowledge of material usage and site execution procedures.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple site tasks efficiently.

Age Limit

• 30 to 45 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
