Shift Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)

Position Overview: Project Manager – Construction (Renovation)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager – Construction (Renovation) to lead renovation and fit-out projects for our T-Mobile retail stores across the U.S. This role is responsible for end-to-end project coordination, vendor and contractor management, documentation control, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution of renovation works.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Manage and oversee renovation projects for new and existing U.S. retail stores.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, contractors, and material procurement.
• Conduct site assessments and define project scope with stakeholders.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

• Liaise with U.S.-based contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor progress and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate delays or cost variances as needed.

Renovation Tracking & Documentation:

• Maintain project trackers with updates on timelines, costs, and milestones.
• Organize permits, work orders, inspection reports, and contracts in SharePoint.
• Prepare weekly project status reports for leadership review.

Store Onboarding Support:

• Coordinate setup of utilities, equipment installation, and store readiness.
• Assist in final walk-throughs and handover of completed sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing commercial renovation or construction projects (U.S. retail renovation preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, SharePoint, and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Familiarity with U.S. building codes, safety standards, and retail build-outs is a plus.
