We are seeking a talented Site Supervisor to join our creative team and contribute to our prestigious projects across the UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee interior design and construction projects on-site to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and clients to meet project timelines and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor site safety and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.
• Manage material procurement, inventory, and efficient resource allocation.
• Report progress to project managers and proactively resolve any on-site issues.

Requirements

• Diploma in a related field (e.g., Construction Management, or Civil Engineering).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
• Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and/or English for effective communication.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with UAE construction norms and a commitment to safety.
• Must be available to join immediately.
