Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of fit-out works.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve any technical or site issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers as required.
• Ensure proper workforce management and productivity at site.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior designs and fit outs.
• A bachelors degree/Diploma in interior design, civil engineering or any related field will be entertained.
• Valid UAE Driving license is mandatory.
• English and Hindi language proficiency.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
