About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to coordinate with multiple teams, and ensuring smooth site execution as per timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall site operations, workforce allocation, and daily schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and labor supervisors.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to project deadlines.
• Monitor productivity and report progress to management.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
