Site Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our project sites in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will ensure site work is executed as per standards, maintain safety, and coordinate effectively with engineers and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and labor
Ensure project work is aligned with drawings and technical specifications
Maintain quality standards and site safety
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers
Report daily progress and site issues
Manage site materials and equipment efficiently

Requirements:

Diploma or B. Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
1–2 years of experience in construction/site supervision
Residing in Gurgaon
Must own a bike for site commute
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage workforce and timelines effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
