We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team and oversee the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material tracking.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in site supervision within the interior fit-out industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Licenses: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite.
