Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate labor, ensure adherence to drawings and schedules, and maintain the quality and safety of construction activities under the direction of the architectural team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site work and labor activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved plans and specifications.
• Maintain order and discipline among workers on-site.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Check materials and tools availability for smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily work records and report site progress.
• Ensure safety protocols and site cleanliness are followed.
• Help resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to engineers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent field (ITI/Construction Management also considered).
• 1–2 years of experience in site supervision (freshers with strong practical knowledge may apply).
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and drawings.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to handle workers and site-related tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on architectural or interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to understand and explain construction drawings.
• Familiarity with local construction practices and safety standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
