Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Team Coordination: Manage and direct site teams, including carpenters, painters, electricians, and other tradespeople, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project requirements.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and industry best practices. Address any defects or rework needs promptly.
• Time Management: Maintain and track project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to avoid delays and ensure timely completion.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, conduct site safety briefings, and ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
• Client Interaction: Act as the main on-site point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Material & Resource Management: Oversee the delivery, storage, and proper use of materials and tools, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site challenges, including technical issues, delays, and quality concerns, to keep the project on track.
• Reporting: Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting any issues or deviations from the plan.
• Handover & Completion: Ensure proper finishing and snagging before project handover, guaranteeing that all fit-out elements are installed as per specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fit-out, interior contracting, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate site teams and interact with clients.
• Familiarity with CAD software or project management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
