Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site supervisor to oversee and coordinate cutting and demolition activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and demolition operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cutting and demolition crews.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Operate and supervise the use of tools and equipment including concrete saws, hydraulic breakers, and cutting torches.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure adherence to all safety standards.
• Maintain accurate reports on progress, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and crew.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
