Site Supervisor

Supervise daily site activities related to civil and infrastructure works, including installation of gantry and cantilever structures. Coordinate workers and equipment, monitor quality and progress, enforce safety procedures and report site status to management. Provide technical guidance to workers based on drawings and resolve installation issues on site. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Education Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Technical knowledge of civil and infrastructure construction

Skills Required:

• Ability to read and interpret structural and construction drawings
• Strong ability to read and understand structural and engineering drawings
• Experience in structure installation (gantry, cantilever, support structures, foundations etc.)
• Good communication skills in Arabic, English and Hindi
• Site supervision and manpower coordination
• Ability to monitor work progress and resolve site issues
• Knowledge of site safety requirements
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Knowledge of construction quality standards and tolerances
