Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Site Supervisor (Residential Interiors) with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing interior site projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with vendors and labor teams, and ensuring that all interior work is executed in line with approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities including false ceilings, flooring, painting, woodwork, partitions, and finishing works
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications
• Maintain daily progress reports and ensure proper site documentation
• Monitor quality of work to ensure high standards of finishing and workmanship
• Manage site materials, track inventory, and arrange timely procurement as needed
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved
• Communicate with clients during site visits and address execution-related concerns
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain discipline at the project site

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in residential interior site supervision
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical and design drawings
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills
• Well-organized, responsible, and capable of handling on-site challenges effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on high-end or luxury residential interior projects
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation
• Ability to manage multiple interior sites simultaneously
