Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Site Supervisor with strong experience in façade and aluminum systems to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant site experience, excellent leadership capabilities, and a hands-on approach to project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage and oversee façade and aluminum installation activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and schedules.
• Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor installation work to ensure adherence to company and industry standards; address and correct deviations promptly.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Material Management: Supervise material deliveries, storage, and handling to prevent project delays and reduce wastage.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve site-related challenges in coordination with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs and submit detailed progress and manpower reports to management.
• Client & Consultant Coordination: Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and consultants, managing communication and updates.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all site records, including inspection reports, safety logs, and work checklists.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in façade and aluminum projects.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications; solid understanding of construction practices and sequencing.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with façade and aluminum systems, installation techniques, and applicable codes/standards.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage site teams effectively under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Certifications: Additional training or certifications in site supervision, safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH), or construction management will be an advantage.
