Site Supervisor-Fit Out Projects

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Dubai

Seeking candidates with expertise in managing an Interior Fit out site possibly with a Retail Hypermarket/Restaurant chain. He shall be responsible for end-to end site supervision of all aspects of the project including HVAC, MEP, General Masonry works.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily site supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and progress monitoring to meet project milestones.

Oversee all HVAC installation, commissioning, and MEP coordination, ensuring full compliance with UAE codes.

· Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain the highest standards.

· Enforce strict health and safety protocols on site.

· Act as the primary site contact for clients, consultants, and project managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Minimum 10+ years of fit-out experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to hands-on HVAC supervision.

· In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, UAE building codes, and MEP coordination.

· Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

· UAE Driving license

· Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
