About Us:

We are a leading Building Maintenance and Decor company in the UAE, seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record in fit-out and decoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the building maintenance and construction industry, possess a deep understanding of the UAE market, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for fit-out and decoration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise labor, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and productivity.
• Responsible for transferring laborers to and from the project site.
• Interpret and implement project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Collaborate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Manage on-site logistics, including material delivery and storage.
• Coordinate closely with the procurement team and project engineers for timely material requisitions and delivery.
• Conduct site surveys, take comprehensive site photos, and prepare detailed progress reports including quantity updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fit-out and decoration projects within the UAE.
• Must possess full knowledge of fit-out and decoration processes, materials, and techniques.
• Must have a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE construction industry and local regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of laborers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to conduct site surveys, take site photos, and compile comprehensive reports with accurate quantity assessments.
• Preferred: Manual gear driving license.

Bonus:

• NEBOSH certification for safety.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Working Hours:

9 hours per day, 1 day off per week.

الترخيص/الشهادة:

• شهادة هندسة مدنية معتمدة في دولة الامارات (مفضل)
