- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day installation activities across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic teams
- Ensure proper sequencing of works and alignment between all trades and subcontractors
- Allocate and adjust tasks based on site priorities, constraints and available resources
- Identify and address operational or technical issues impacting progress
- Monitor site progress against the agreed schedule
- Provide regular, clear and structured reporting to the Project Manager
- Participate in coordination meetings with project stakeholders and the Client
- Immediately escalate any delay, risk, technical issue or resource constraint
- Ensure availability of required tools, equipment and materials on site
- Verify deliveries and report any discrepancy or missing items
- Anticipate material requirements to avoid disruption to site activities
- Coordinate with project, procurement and logistics teams as required
- Ensure works are performed in accordance with drawings, specifications and procedures
- Identify and report any non-conformity and support corrective actions
- Assist in punch list follow-up, testing, commissioning and handover preparation
- Ensure that only up-to-date documentation is used on site
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Installation Coordination at Qatar Airport: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Qatar – Airport Access (Required)
Work Location: In person
