Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish. This role demands strong on-site supervision, excellent coordination, and a deep understanding of finishing works to deliver high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for residential, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve operational issues, and enforce safety protocols.
• Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper handling.
• Manage workforce allocation to optimize productivity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in site supervision for interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works is essential.
• Knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma or technical certificate in construction/interior fit-out preferred.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
