Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

About the Role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong Fit-Out and Interior Construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with mall management, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit-out activities at site to ensure timely progress.
• Coordinate with mall management, consultants, and clients for site permits and inspections.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper installation according to design.
• Enforce site safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience working within malls and managed properties in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• UAE driving license required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
