Site Supervisor (Interior Fit-Out & Interior Design Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in interior fit-out and interior design projects to oversee daily site operations, ensure quality workmanship, manage site teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all interior fit-out activities at project sites.
• Monitor daily progress of work and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Manage site labor, subcontractors, and material usage efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor project costs and report any deviations or delays.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper handover of completed projects and rectify snagging items.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out, interior design, or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, including:
• Gypsum and ceiling works
• Painting and wall finishes
• Flooring and tiling
• Joinery and carpentry
• MEP coordination
• Furniture and fixture installation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and interior design layouts.
• Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Experience:

• Interior Fit-Out & Interior Design: 1 year (Preferred)
