The Role

As our Site Supervisor, you will be the driving force on our project sites, managing all daily operations and coordinating subcontractors to ensure flawless execution. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to deliver projects on schedule and to the highest quality standard. While your primary focus will be site management, prior experience with material procurement is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do

Site Supervision & Project Execution:

• Oversee all daily site operations, ensuring work is completed according to project drawings, timelines, and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and in-house teams to maintain an efficient workflow on site.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality control and finishing for all interior works, from MEP and civil to joinery and paint.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges and report progress clearly to the project manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections and strictly enforce all health and safety protocols.

Material Management & Procurement:

• Identify, source, and procure all materials required for our fit-out projects (e.g., gypsum, joinery, lighting, flooring, paint, MEP items).
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiating the best prices and ensuring on-time deliveries to avoid project delays.
• Track on-site inventory and coordinate with the accounts team for purchase orders and budget control.

Communication & Reporting:

• Act as the main point of contact between the project manager, site teams, and suppliers.
• Prepare clear daily and weekly reports on site progress, material status, and any challenges.
• Maintain clear lines of communication between the office and site teams to proactively resolve issues and guarantee a smooth workflow.

What You Need

Education & Experience:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on site supervision experience for interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Experience with material procurement is a strong plus.
• A proven track record in commercial, retail, or hospitality interior projects will be a significant advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, high-end finishes, and MEP works.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes for interior projects.
• A valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Experience in procurement negotiation and cost-control abilities is a plus.
