Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience to oversee construction activities in Mirzapur. This role involves managing daily site operations to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities, coordinating schedules and resource allocation.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all site personnel.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to address issues and ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and assist in preparing progress reports.
• Manage site resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities and compliance records.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in construction supervision or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, and/or OSHA safety training preferred.
