Expo 2030 Riyadh – SME Support
Trivandi is supporting the development of the Operations function for Expo 2030 Riyadh, working alongside key stakeholders to help shape the operational foundations of the event.
Our focus is on ensuring the masterplan and programme are operationally deliverable — translating design into reality through validated space requirements, integrated operating models, and functional planning.
Given the scale, complexity, and pace of the project, we are looking to engage experienced SMEs with prior World Expo experience to provide targeted advisory support.
This is not a delivery role — the requirement is for senior, credible input to:
- Test and challenge planning assumptions
- Validate operational requirements and spatial allocations
- Provide practical, experience-led insight to shape solutions
- Ensure alignment with real-world event delivery
Key Responsibilities & Outputs
Key Responsibilities
- Validate site-wide operating model (central vs district vs venue control)
- Test crowd flow, zoning, and operational interfaces
- Review BOH allocations and operational adjacencies
- Challenge assumptions around peak day operations (415k visitors)
- Ensure alignment between venues, public realm, and central operations
Outputs
- Site operations validation report
- Venue operations requirements input
- FAOP input (Site Ops / Venue Ops)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Senior Site Operations leader with World Expo / major event experience
- Strong experience in integrated site operations
