Job Title: Skid Construction Engineer

Department: Construction

Reports To: Construction Manager

Job Purpose:

To supervise the site installation, erection, and integration of emergency loading skids, ensuring safe execution, compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, and adherence to the approved project schedule.

• Manage and supervise on-site installation and erection of skid packages

• Prepare, review, and execute construction method statements and lifting plans

• Coordinate crane operations, rigging activities, and lifting sequences

• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco construction, lifting, and safety standards

• Interface and coordinate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor daily site activities and report progress to the Construction Manager

• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and schedules

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of construction and lifting safety requirements

• Excellent coordination and site management skills

• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Construction Engineering

• Minimum 8 years of construction experience in oil & gas or industrial projects

• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, skid installation, and heavy equipment handling

• Experience working on Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred
