IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


The purpose of this position is to lead a team of Account Managers focused on driving sales and business development across the Telecom, Digital, ICT, and Mobility domains. The role is responsible for setting strategic direction, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring strong client engagement. It involves overseeing end-to-end sales cycles, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs and support the company’s overall growth objectives.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Search and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services, besides new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
  • Timely Revision of Existing Contracts / Agreements, Monthly forecast of revenue & cost sharing with Senior Management B2B strategy, Liaison with Senior Management B2B strategy & finance for YtD revenue, cost & contribution margin trends.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to Senior Management/ Director.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
  • Ensuring maximum team engagement and team coordination.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification

  • BE/MBA from a well reputable institution.


Experience:

  • 8-10 years relevant experience in Telecom / ICT sales


Technical Competency:

  • Digital Technology
  • Sales Planning
  • Team & Customer Relationship
  • IT Infrastructure
