About the Role

Seeking an experienced SMS Marketing Expert to develop and execute high-impact text messaging campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Develop SMS strategies, create campaigns, and design automated sequences
• Audience Segmentation: Build subscriber databases and create targeted customer segments
• Content Creation: Write compelling SMS copy, A/B test messages, and optimize performance
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor metrics (delivery, CTR, conversions, ROI) and generate insights
• Platform Integration: Manage SMS tools and integrate with CRM/e-commerce platforms
• Compliance: Ensure message deliverability and regulatory compliance

Required Tools & Platforms Experience Must Have:

• Twilio - API-based SMS platform management
• Klaviyo - SMS automation and segmentation
• SendinBlue/Brevo - Multi-channel messaging
• TextMagic - Bulk SMS and automation
• ActiveCampaign - SMS automation and customer journeys

Preferred:

• HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, Google Analytics, Shopify/WooCommerce

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4-5 years in SMS marketing with proven revenue results
• Technical Skills: SMS APIs, webhook integrations, compliance regulations (TCPA, CTIA)
• Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SMS marketing tools and automation
• Analytics: Strong data interpretation and ROI optimization skills
• Copywriting: Excellent short-form content creation abilities
• Compliance: Knowledge of data privacy laws and carrier requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• E-commerce/retail industry experience
• Marketing automation certifications
• Omnichannel marketing experience
