About the Role

Health Tech Academy (HTA) is seeking an experienced Social & Community Manager to lead our social media presence and build a highly engaged, conversion-driven community across platforms. This role requires a hybrid skill set—content strategist, community builder, and digital operator—capable of turning attention into measurable business outcomes (traffic, leads, and enrollments).

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Own and execute HTA’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).

- Plan and manage a consistent publishing calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and enrollment cycles.

- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.

- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes.

High-Quality Content Creation

- Develop engaging content (short-form videos, carousels, reels).

- Collaborate with internal teams to produce educational and promotional content.

- Ensure alignment with brand voice and conversion goals.

- Manage user-generated content (UGC).

Community Management (Circle/Discord)

- Own and grow HTA’s private community platforms.

- Drive engagement through discussions, challenges, and AMAs.

- Monitor community health metrics.

Moderation & Audience Interaction

- Respond to comments, DMs, and discussions promptly.

- Moderate conversations and escalate issues when necessary.

Copywriting

- Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs.

- Support campaigns with marketing copy.

- Continuously optimize messaging.

Webinar & Event Management

- Plan and execute webinars and virtual events.

- Manage promotion, registration, and follow-ups.

- Drive conversions from attendees.

Graphics Design

- Create visual assets using Canva, Adobe, or Figma.

- Maintain brand consistency.

AI-Driven Content & Workflow Optimization

- Use AI tools for content ideation, creation, and automation.

- Improve efficiency and output quality.

Key Requirements

- 3–5+ years experience in social/community management.

- Proven track record of growing online communities.

- Strong content portfolio.

- Experience with Circle/Discord.

- Excellent copywriting skills.

- Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.

- Experience with webinars and design tools.

- Familiarity with AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in edtech, healthcare, or training.

- Experience with lead generation funnels.

- Knowledge of paid social ads.

- Influencer collaboration experience.
