Social Media & Account Coordinator

We are looking for a smart, organized, and creative Social Media & Account Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support our daily social media operations, coordinate with clients, follow up with designers and video editors, prepare content calendars, and make sure all content is delivered on time and with good quality.

This role is perfect for someone who understands social media, has good communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication with clients
• Receive client requests and organize them clearly for the creative team
• Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars
• Follow up with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators
• Review posts, captions, reels, and stories before sending to clients
• Send content to clients for approval
• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Organize client files, brand assets, photos, videos, and approved content
• Monitor comments, messages, and basic engagement
• Support with simple caption writing and content ideas
• Prepare basic monthly social media reports
• Attend shoots when needed and assist with content coordination
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to client requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media, marketing, or account coordination
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, reels, stories, and content trends
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Good taste in visual content and branding
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
• Ability to write or edit simple captions
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
• Comfortable using Google Drive, WhatsApp, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Trello/Notion or similar tools
• Positive attitude, professional communication, and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with clinics, beauty, dental, real estate, automotive, or lifestyle brands
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite
• Basic reporting skills
• Ability to assist during photo/video shoots
• Understanding of paid ads is a plus, but not required

Salary
Final salary will depend on experience and skills.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday
Full-time office-based role in Dubai

Probation Period

3 to 6 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
