Role Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic and proactive Social Media & Growth Executive
who can work closely with our design and business development teams to drive brand visibility, digital presence, and growth initiatives. This is not a post-and-go role. You will be responsible for ensuring that our brand stays consistent, our channels stay active, and our growth strategies actually translate into numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media

Manage and execute end-to-end social media strategies across all company platforms.

Work with the design team to create on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).

Maintain a consistent posting schedule, which includes no missed birthdays, events, celebrations, milestones, or updates.

Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics; optimize content accordingly.

Maintain brand kit standards across all visuals and communication.

Proactively suggest new content formats, trends, and growth strategies.
Growth & Business Development Support

Work directly with the BD team to support their growth initiatives.

Build and implement strategies that improve the BD pipeline, visibility, and outreach.

Use marketing knowledge to amplify BD-led campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives.

Present ideas, pitch growth tactics, and manage execution end-to-end.
Strategy & Execution

Develop growth strategies backed by data and industry trends.

Support brand-building activities across digital and offline initiatives.

Track, measure, and report on growth metrics for social media and BD campaigns.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Marketing, Business Development, or Growth roles.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience driving growth or building brand value (portfolio, case studies, or real numbers required).
Soft Skills:

Experience creating professional content for technical/IT services audiences
-
Strong understanding of branding, content optimisation, social analytics, and digital strategy.

Ability to work cross-functionally, take ownership, and deliver without constant supervision.

Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

A do-er mentality – not someone who needs to be micromanaged.
Content Writing & Creation:

Strong content writing skills for website copy, blogs, case studies, and landing pages

Experience writing and designing social media content across multiple platforms

Portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging posts, success stories, and technical content

Ability to translate technical projects into client-focused, conversion-oriented copy

Proven experience managing LinkedIn company pages and executive profiles for B2B/tech companies

Track record of growing engagement, followers, and generating inbound leads through LinkedIn
Brand Management & Consistency:

Experience maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging across digital platforms

Proven ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms
Analytics & Performance Optimization:

Experience using social media analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize strategy

Data-driven approach to content planning and performance improvement

Proven ability to report metrics and provide actionable insights
Platform Management:

Experience with Clutch, Google My Business, or similar review/listing platforms

Familiarity with website CMS and CTA optimization

Knowledge of tools (Calendly, forms, landing pages)
Nice to Have

Experience in tech or digital services companies.

Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).

Experience working with CRM or outreach tools for BD support.
