<Duties>

- Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce visually appealing assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage social media scheduling and monitoring using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent posting and active community engagement.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights for campaign optimization.
- Implement SEO best practices in content creation to boost organic reach and improve search engine rankings.
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on key metrics.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand visibility through strategic outreach initiatives.
- Support e-commerce efforts by integrating social media campaigns with online sales channels; optimize product promotion through digital marketing tactics.
- Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns as well as other paid digital advertising platforms.
- Strong content creation skills including writing engaging posts, editing videos, photography, and proofing materials for accuracy.
- Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with online communities.
- Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics or similar tools to inform strategy adjustments.
