Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can take our ideas and turn them into consistent, high-quality content. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and posting content across TikTok and Instagram, while helping capture the real vibe of Kujo’s.

This is not just posting — this is storytelling, consistency, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning

• Create weekly + monthly content plans
• Align content with:
• Menu drops
• Events
• Community moments
• Bring new creative ideas (not just follow trends)

Content Creation

• Film + edit:
• TikToks
• Reels
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Capture:
• Drinks being made
• Customers / community moments
• Events + atmosphere
• Turn real moments into engaging, natural content (not forced/overly scripted)

On-Site Requirements

• Be present at the trailer minimum 2x per week
• Mandatory attendance at all Kujo’s events for content capture
• Assist with content days (shooting multiple pieces in one session)

Posting + Engagement

• Schedule + post consistently on:
• TikTok
• Instagram (Reels + Feed + Stories)
• Write captions that match Kujo’s tone:
• Warm
• Real
• Slightly playful/sarcastic when needed
• Respond to comments and DMs when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of TikTok + Instagram trends
• Ability to edit fast-paced, engaging videos
• Someone who understands:
• Miami/Hialeah culture
• Community-driven brands
• Creative, but also consistent and reliable
• Can take direction but also bring ideas independently

Bonus (Not Required but Ideal)

• Experience working with small brands or coffee/food businesses
• Photography skills
• Basic Canva/design skills

• This is a hands-on role, not remote
• You must be comfortable being around people and capturing real moments
• We’re not looking for “perfect” — we’re looking for real and engaging

Compensation

(Customizable depending on what you want)

• Option 1: Hourly ($15–$20/hr depending on experience)
• Option 2: Monthly retainer ($800–$1,500 depending on workload)
• Option 3: Hybrid (hourly + bonuses for performance/events)
