Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and followers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing tactics
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to improve organic reach on social channels and web platforms
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to boost visibility and conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as PR, sales, and product development to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, partners, and customers through effective relationship management strategies
- Oversee public relations initiatives to promote positive brand awareness through press releases, media outreach, and community involvement
- Ensure proofreading of all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices
- Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
- Skilled in digital marketing techniques including SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics analysis, and social listening tools
- Proficiency with social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts
- Ability to develop engaging multimedia content including photography, video editing, and web graphics for diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns along with experience in e-commerce marketing strategies
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished before publishing
- Effective relationship management skills to foster partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and internal teams
- Knowledge of branding principles combined with public relations expertise to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences
