Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media, PR, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, algorithms, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience in PR outreach, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong command over content creation concept direction, ideas, scripts, captions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for beauty/fragrance brands is a plus.

About The Role

Scents N Stories is looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Social Media & PR Lead to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms and strengthen our public image. This role requires someone who can blend creativity with strategy, lead campaigns end-to-end, and ensure that our brand voice is consistent, engaging, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement monthly social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage all social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc. with a strong understanding of platform-specific trends.
  • Create and review high-quality written, visual, and video content.
  • Lead content shoots with models, influencers, and internal teams.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
  • Respond to audience queries, comments, and messages to maintain engagement.
  • Monitor analytics weekly and monthly to assess performance and optimize content.

Public Relations & Brand Communication

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Draft and distribute event announcements, and PR articles.
  • Manage brand reputation and ensure timely communication during crises or sensitive situations.
  • Represent the brand at events, launches, and exhibitions.

Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with influencers and celebrities.
  • Handle all PR gifting, product send-outs, and partnership activities.
  • Track influencer performance, ROI, and deliverables.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for brand awareness, sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
  • Work closely with the design and product team to ensure brand stories are communicated effectively.
  • Measure campaign success and prepare detailed performance reports.

Team Leadership

  • Guide and mentor social media associates, content creators, and interns.
  • Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and designers.
