Location: On-site – Rawalpindi/Islamabad
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time), Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000/month

Job Summary

Creative Networks is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Associate to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll manage content, grow engagement, and support digital strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Applicants must be residents of these cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage monthly content calendars
• Publish, schedule, and optimize posts on all social platforms
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
• Analyze social performance using platform insights and analytics tools
• Support social media campaigns from planning to execution
• Monitor digital trends and propose creative ideas

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience using planning tools (Notion, Trello, Google Sheets)
• Ability to collaborate with design/video teams
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools

Preferred Skills

• Basic photo or video editing
• Experience with email marketing or website CMS
• Understanding of digital audiences in the UK and Pakistan
• Customer service experience through social platforms
