Salary: 90,000 - 140,000 (Commensurate with experience + Performance Bonuses)

The Opportunity

We are an elite private plastic surgery practice in Upper East Side looking for a visionary Social Media & Brand Lead. This is a high-impact, in-house role designed for a seasoned marketing professional who understands the intersection of luxury branding, medical ethics, and digital conversion.

You will not just be "managing accounts"—you will be the chief storyteller and strategic engine behind one of the city's premier aesthetic brands.

The Role

The Social Media & Brand Lead owns the entire digital ecosystem. You are responsible for the strategy, production, and performance of our social channels. You must be as comfortable directing a high-end video shoot as you are analyzing conversion data and HIPAA-compliant patient acquisition funnels.

Core Responsibilities

  • Omni-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a sophisticated 360-degree content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Emerging Platforms.
  • Executive Content Production: Lead the end-to-end production of high-fidelity video content. This includes scripting educational "Surgeon Talks," capturing cinematic surgical B-roll, and producing emotionally resonant patient testimonials.
  • Brand Voice & Reputation: Maintain a consistent, authoritative, yet approachable "voice" that distinguishes our practice in a crowded NYC market.
  • Patient Journey Coordination: Work bedside and in-clinic to capture "The Patient Experience," ensuring absolute comfort, consent, and HIPAA compliance at every touchpoint.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Track and report on monthly KPIs (Engagement, Share of Voice, and Lead Attribution). You should be able to prove how a Reel converted into a Consultation.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of aesthetic trends and platform algorithm shifts. Monitor competitor movements to ensure our practice remains the regional leader in digital presence.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or medical aesthetics sectors.
  • Portfolio: A proven track record of growing high-end accounts and producing professional-grade short-form video content.
  • Leadership: Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders (Surgeons/CEOs). You must be able to lead the creative process while respecting the demands of a surgical schedule.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in mobile and desktop editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and aesthetic design (Canva/Adobe).
  • Soft Skills: Impeccable "bedside manner" with patients and the ability to navigate a high-pressure clinical environment with grace and discretion. Be easy going, and be a team player.
