Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, UK Timings)

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to join our growing team and manage the online presence of our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage posting calendars across multiple client social media platforms.
• Execute daily content posting (text, graphics, videos, stories, reels, etc.) according to the campaign plan.
• Manage and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring brand mentions.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure posts are visually appealing and aligned with brand tone.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement new strategies.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice and maintain high standards of quality across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands/clients.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Ability to create content calendars and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
