Social Media & Content Assistant Part-Time

Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Assistant to support our media department. This position will help manage content creation, posting, and engagement on different social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, as well as assist with before and after photos among other things related to media and our clinic. You will work closely with our main Media Coordinator to ensure content continues to be produced consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Capture and organize photo/videos content during consultations and surgery days.
  • Support the team with captions, hashtags, and story updates.
  • respond to basic patient inquiries on social media about procedures, prices, or general information, always maintaining a profesional an informative tone.
  • Direct specific or medical questions to the proper clinic staff.
  • Keep folders organized (Before/after, reels, testimonials.)
  • Maintain consistency in brand image and tone across all platforms.
  • Fill in and manage posting when the main Media Coordinator is off.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media like Instagram and TikTok (Posting, Tagging, trends).
  • Proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and video editing skills.
  • Writing communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable interacting with patients and maintaining professionalism in a clinc setting.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Because many of our patients are woman and some photography involves partial privacy settings, we are giving preference to a female candidate to ensure patient confort and privacy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
