The role: You'll be on the shop floor daily, shooting and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, self-directed role — you'll ideate, shoot, edit, write, and post independently, working closely with our marketing team to stay on brand. You don't need to be a truck expert. You do need to be sharp enough to engage authentically with our audience, even when you're still learning the details. Knowing how to research quickly, write with authority, and present information confidently is a core part of this job.

Responsibilities: Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok (iPhone-based workflow)

Capture high-quality iPhone photography for feed posts, stories, and product content.

Write captions and copy that sound knowledgeable and on-brand, using AI tools where appropriate

Manage day-to-day posting across platforms, including scheduling and community engagementRespond to and forward DMs as appropriate across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; respond to comments across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

Identify trending formats and adapt them to fit FFG's voice and audience

Work alongside the guys out in the shop — mechanics, fabricators, welders, painters, upholsterers — to develop content ideas and get the shots you need

What we're looking for: Proven ability to create original short-form video content that performs — show us your Reels, TikTok, or brand portfolio

Strong iPhone photography skills — you know how to make something look better on camera than in person

Proficient with mobile editing tools — original work only, no templates

Comfortable using AI tools for writing and caption assistance

Self-directed with strong instincts for what will resonate — you don't wait to be told what to shoot

Thrives in a fast-moving environment — you're energized by a full plate, not slowed down by it

Comfortable in a working shop environment and confident building rapport with the team

Automotive knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
